About me

I'm Nathalie Delaere, a seasoned professional with 26 years of experience in the financial sector, and a recently obtained Master of Arts in Gender and Diversity.

My journey began in law, practicing as an attorney for 9 years, followed by roles as general counsel and tax director at a prominent Belgian financial institution for 17 years. My specific interest today revolves around exploring the dynamic relationship between organisational cultures and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) legislation.

My recent graduation featured a Master's thesis on gender equality within organizations. This experience provided valuable insights into the workings of organisational cultures and how they can unintentionally sustain inequalities, along with actionable strategies to address these challenges.

With my extensive background as a senior executive manager and lawyer, combined with my expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion, I offer a unique and invaluable perspective in driving substantial equality and inclusion within organizations.
